Return Conditions
Return Time Limit: You can request a return within 30 days from the date you received the item.
Item Condition: Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags and packaging.
Accessories: All accessories and gifts (if any) must be returned together.
Proof of Purchase: Please provide valid proof of purchase, such as order confirmation email, order number, etc. when returning items.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not accepted for return unless there is a quality issue:
Customized items, such as clothing or accessories tailored specifically for your dog.
Items on sale or clearance.
Items that have been used or washed.
Refund Process
Contact Customer Service: Please contact us to submit a return request.
Return Approval: We will review your return request within 3 business days of receiving it and provide instructions on how to return the item.
Return Mail: Please return the item following the instructions we provide. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Refund Process: Once the item is received and inspected, we will process the refund within 5 business days. The refund will be returned to your payment account.
Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange the item, please return the item following the above return process and indicate the exchange request in the return request. Once the exchanged item is sent, we will notify you by email with the tracking information of the new item.
